The school lies at the heart of the future for the western part of Picton Village. Designed as simultaneously a school, a community centre,a means of
re-investing in an urban park and the raison d'être for a small civic space off the re-invigorated 'High Street', an architecture of 'four horizons', a courtyard as 'four seasons', a classroom as 'ideal house' and a play roof is made - intended to create a collage of spaces and forms - the building as a learning tool.
